The Mauting VKT Friction Smoke Generator produces high-quality smoke through the controlled friction of a wooden block against a specially designed rotating cylinder. This method eliminates open flames while delivering a consistent, clean smoke output suitable for a variety of meat and food smoking applications.
The system is equipped with an automatic mechanism to maintain optimal pressure between the block and roller, ensuring consistent smoke development. Operating in a closed-cycle system, a portion of the smoke is recirculated from the chamber back to the generator�improving smoke density and efficiency. The unit reaches full smoke generation immediately upon activation.
The VKT is available in both vertical (3-block magazine) and horizontal (5-block magazine) configurations, offering flexibility for different space and process requirements.
