Product Description
The Mauting CrossFlow System is an advanced bidirectional air circulation solution designed to optimise airflow in larger ripening and drying chambers�particularly those processing tall carts or requiring enhanced dehumidification. It alternates airflow from top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top during processing, improving uniformity and moisture removal across all levels of the chamber.
In one phase, air flows from above the trolleys downward through ceiling-mounted ducts and exits through channels along the side walls. In the reverse phase, air is fed upward from the base of the chamber through side wall channels and extracted above the carts. The system ensures smooth, alternating airflow from left and right sides, adapting dynamically throughout each cycle.
The CrossFlow system is particularly effective in large KMD chambers (up to 7-cart width) and is well suited to processes involving products that require extended drying or precise moisture control.
