Product Description
The DAF1 Alternating Airflow System is designed to improve airflow distribution in meat fermentation and drying chambers by alternating between vertical and horizontal phases. This system ensures consistent air delivery across all product surfaces, enhancing uniformity and processing reliability for products loaded in trolleys.
In the vertical phase, air enters through vertically aligned nozzles, flows through the product trolleys, and exits through ducts positioned above. In the horizontal phase, air is introduced from the top of the chamber and directed down through the product, then extracted again via ducts above the trolleys. In both modes, the air distribution alternates smoothly from left to right, ensuring all products are evenly treated.
The DAF1 system is particularly suited for KMD chambers with up to six trolleys and is ideal for applications requiring stable airflow and improved surface drying performance.
